YogaPilatesMeditation and Nutrition classes are taught by certified, skilled professionals.  Ongoing daily or weekly group classes can be scheduled for your employees on the day and time of your choice, or you can create a single event for your team. 

Yoga - Schedule a 30, 45 or 60 minute Guided Flow, Chair, Calm, Stability, Power, HIIT, or Foundations yoga class.  Teachers provide detailed instruction and demonstrate postures.  Appropriate for all levels, instructors will offer modification options for newer students and challenging variations for more advanced students.

Fitness - Schedule a 30, 45, or 60 minute Fitness class.  Options include a Bodyweight Workout, Boot Camp, Mat Pilates, or a Barre-Inspired class.   All classes are designed to strengthen, lengthen, and tone while breathing through specific movements that elevate the body, mind, and spirit. 

​​Mindfulness - Schedule a 15, 30, or 45 minute guided Meditation practice or Workshop to focus the mind, train attention, or learn stress reduction practices.

Nutrition - Our registered Dietician Nutritionist leads 30 or 45 minute group classes regarding a variety of topics, and provides practical information for better nutritional health.  In addition, our trained Chef offers Culinary Demonstrations, and our staff can also bring a Healthy Snack Station or Smoothie Station to your location.
