Yoga, PilatesMeditation and Nutrition classes are taught by certified, skilled professionals.  Ongoing daily or weekly group classes can be scheduled for your employees on the day and time of your choice, or you can create a single event for your team. 

Yoga - Schedule a 30, 45 or 60 minute guided Flow, Calm, Stability, Power, HIIT, or Foundations class.  Teachers provide detailed instruction and demonstrate postures.  Appropriate for all levels, instructors will offer modification options for newer students and challenging variations for more advanced students.

Pilates - Schedule a 30, 45, or 60 minute mat pilates class to strengthen and lengthen while breathing through specific movements that are designed to elevate the body, mind, and spirit. 

Barre - Schedule a 30, 45, or 60 minute barre class designed to increase strength and tone the body while activating posture-supporting muscles from top to bottom. 

Meditation - Schedule a 15 or 30 minute guided meditation practice to focus the mind, train attention, and recognize thoughts while consciously  breathing. 

Nutrition - An important part of any wellness program, our nutritionist leads 30 minute group classes regarding a variety of topics and provides practical information for better nutritional health.
