WORKING WELLNESS SERVICES


Yoga, Pilates, Meditation and Nutrition classes are taught by certified, skilled professionals. Ongoing daily or weekly group classes can be scheduled for your employees on the day and time of your choice, or you can create a single event for your team.
Yoga - Schedule a 30, 45 or 60 minute Guided Flow, Chair, Calm, Stability, Power, HIIT, or Foundations yoga class. Teachers provide detailed instruction and demonstrate postures. Appropriate for all levels, instructors will offer modification options for newer students and challenging variations for more advanced students.
Fitness - Schedule a 30, 45, or 60 minute Fitness class. Options include a Bodyweight Workout, Boot Camp, Mat Pilates, or a Barre-Inspired class. All classes are designed to strengthen, lengthen, and tone while breathing through specific movements that elevate the body, mind, and spirit.
Mindfulness - Schedule a 15, 30, or 45 minute guided Meditation practice or Workshop to focus the mind, train attention, or learn stress reduction practices.
