WORKING WELLNESS PERSONAL TRAINING

Provide your team members the opportunity to work one-on-one with a personal fitness trainer in the comfort of their own home.  After completing a short questionnaire regarding lifestyle and goals, our NASM certified Fitness Professional will meet each participant virtually to assess functionality and create a baseline for a training program.  Once that has been established, weekly workouts with our Pro begin, accompanied by at-home workouts for participants to do independently.  Once a program has been launched, progress is monitored, workouts are enhanced, and goals are celebrated.  Get motivated, be accountable, and feel supported in 30, 45, or 60 minute custom training sessions.
