Make a Modification

Posture modifications are key to any yoga practice. We always want to avoid stressing our joints, straining a muscle, or feelings of discomfort. Make adjustments like bending your knees, bringing a knee down to the mat, or use props like a block, book, pillow or blanket for ease or alignment.
